A new book by landscapers and gardeners gives gardeners an insight into what makes plants thrive and what can be done to maximize their productivity.
The book, Garden Secrets, by landscape designer and landscape architecture professor Paul J. DeSimone and landscape architect Mike Dennison, was released Tuesday by the National Garden Alliance, a group of gardeners and landscape architects.
The authors have worked with landscape architects, landscapers, landscape designers and garden architects, and they believe the book will be useful to gardeners as well as landscapers.
They have created a checklist of gardening tips, along with some gardening advice, that can be used in all aspects of your garden.
The tips include: Use plants that have the right nutrients, water, and temperature.
